The Institute of Public and Private Policies (IP3), with the support of the OSCE Presence in Albania, held also an information sessions in Fier as part of the Women's Exellence Program at Local Level 2024(WoMEP).

The session aimed to engage and inform women councillors across Albania about opportunities offered through the WoMEP Program. Designed to empower active and talented female leaders in local government, WoMEP focuses on building both professional and personal capacities, enabling participants to lead impactful initiatives in their communities.

This year’s edition of the program continues to serve as a platform for women councillors to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their networks, and champion meaningful change at the local level.
